Welcome to Qubelyra. This website is operated by QUBELYRA LLC, a Michigan limited liability company operating as Qubelyra. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to QUBELYRA LLC.

In these Terms, “Services” means our website and its related content, features, tools, products, and services. Our store is powered by Shopify.

We are currently preparing our first collection and are not accepting customer orders. Provisions concerning purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds apply when purchasing becomes available. Our complete shipping and refund policies will be published before we begin accepting orders.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced below, describe the conditions for using our Services. Please read them carefully.

We may update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities and delivery destinations. Changes will not remove rights relating to orders already accepted.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

Ordering is not currently available.

When sales begin, submitting an order will constitute an offer to purchase the listed products. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order and does not necessarily confirm acceptance. Acceptance will be communicated separately, such as through a shipping confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, or a material pricing error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will notify you and refund the applicable amount in accordance with applicable law.

Please review your order before submitting it. Contact support@qubelyra.com promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. Our ability to make changes may depend on fulfillment progress, without affecting any cancellation rights provided by law.

Purchases are intended for personal, household, or educational use. Please contact us before purchasing for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

When products become available, prices and payment information will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be identified at checkout before you submit an order.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order.

Promotions may have additional conditions, which will be disclosed with the offer.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Payments may be processed by Shopify or other payment service providers.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are currently preparing for launch and are not accepting or shipping customer orders.

Before purchasing becomes available, we will publish eligible shipping destinations, costs, processing times, and estimated delivery timeframes in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, at checkout:

When sales begin, we will provide shipment estimates based on reasonably available information.

If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will provide any required delay notice, seek consent to the delay where required, and offer cancellation or issue a refund as required by applicable law.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances. These estimates do not limit your statutory rights.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact support@qubelyra.com. We will investigate with the relevant supplier or carrier and address the issue in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s original content, branding, graphics, and design are owned by QUBELYRA LLC or used with authorization from the relevant owners.

Product names, supplier images, third-party trademarks, and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may access and use the Services for personal or internal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property or grants rights to use our branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

Shopify’s name and branding belong to Shopify.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

The Services may include tools or features supplied by third parties, such as payment, account, or shipping services.

Use of those tools may be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices. Please review any terms presented to you before using them.

We do not control every aspect of third-party tools or guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities that applicable law places on QUBELYRA LLC.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Review the relevant website’s policies before providing information or entering a transaction.

For products purchased directly from Qubelyra, contact us for assistance even if the product was manufactured or shipped by a third party.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Qubelyra is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform supporting our Services.

Purchases from our store are transactions with QUBELYRA LLC. Shopify is not the seller of products merely because it hosts our store.

Your use of separate Shopify services may also be governed by Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

We aim to maintain accurate information and a functioning website, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

General educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee particular results.

Product-specific warranties, if any, will be identified in the relevant product information or accompanying documentation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Website availability qualifications do not excuse supplying defective products or products materially different from their description.

You remain responsible for your own unlawful conduct, fraudulent submissions, and infringement of third-party rights when using the Services.

Any claim for losses arising from such conduct will be determined under applicable law. These Terms do not require you to reimburse QUBELYRA LLC or a third party for losses caused by their own misconduct or for amounts that applicable law does not permit them to recover.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Updates will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights relating to completed transactions or accepted orders.

Before we begin accepting purchases, we will review and update these Terms and the related shipping and refund policies to reflect our launch arrangements.
